Verdict

Flat winner Adjutant was all out to score over course and distance at the start of the month but looks to be improving and Richard Johnson keeps the partnership intact. THAQAFFA won five times on the Flat up to 1m4f and looks the type with which his owners can have some fun in summer jumping so he gets the nod with Jack Quinlan preferring the six-year-old to stablemate Avlos. Maliboo won a point and was fourth at Uttoxeter earlier this month and will know more today.
