    Verdict

HICONIC takes on a field of newcomers after her double at Newton Abbot and Bangor and though penalised should soon have these strung out. Bannister just had the one run on the Flat, finishing fourth on soft ground at Windsor in October, but Kings Creek looks a more likely type for hurdling at this stage having shown potential in middle-distance handicaps. Swell Swilly hasn't shown much but her trainers gets winners here.
