In depth

Verdict

CRAFTY ROBERTO is 0-21 over fences but this is surely too good an opportunity to pass up. He has won three times over hurdles and also on the Flat and was only beaten a head off this mark at Plumpton in the autumn. A switch to fences should benefit Not A Role Model and Canyouringmeback while Phoebus Lescribaa can probably be forgiven his run on soft going at Hereford last month and has also won between the flags. Zamparelli was third at Southwell on his fencing bow and is another to consider.
