Verdict

FOOL'S WILDCAT has been a little disappointing this year and never looked like catching Baccalaureate at Ludlow earlier this month. This is an even weaker contest, however, and he should finally get his head in front again. Morocchius wouldn't be far away on his best form but hasn't raced since July and is still a maiden over hurdles. Marc Aurele is on a long losing run but may be the pick of the remainder, though Danesman is still relatively unexposed over timber.
