      Verdict

      Little actual bumper form but LATENIGHTFUMBLE (NAP) sets the standard on the back of a promising bumper debut when hunting up a couple of useful sorts from the Mel Rowley and Olly Murphy yards at Aintree this month. A point-to-point winner, he stayed on nicely on Merseyside to suggest he'll benefit from the run and be highly competitive here. Rose Above It looks a danger, having landed a low-key Exeter bumper last month on much quicker ground and should confirm placings with the re-opposing Fountains Chief. Hope Des Blins was well beaten by the selection between the flags and Granny Mags didn't shape too badly in a Revesby Park point in March.
