    Verdict

EL MASSIVO, placed in three out of four starts over hurdles, is in good form on the Flat and scored at Ayr three weeks ago. He's handed the vote over Kingdom, a useful performer on the Flat for Aidan O'Brien but yet to make his mark over hurdles. Anything John Ferguson saddles over timber has to be respected and the former Godolphin inmate Personable is on the shortlist along with Worcester runner-up Sindarban.
