In depth
Verdict
The only recent winner in the line-up is Fast King, an ex-French performer who opened his account over the course and distance when allowed to dictate matters on 12 December. Despite a 6lb rise in the weights, he looks all set to play a major part. Golfagent caught the eye when staying on from off the pace at Bangor last time. That was his best run since leaving David Evans so he has strong each-way claims. Ellamine always seems to find one too good, while stablemates Epicure and Valfonic are no great shakes, so Fast King gets the vote.
