Verdict

EDMUND KEAN won a much better race at Fakenham on Friday by six lengths. He wouldn't need to run up to that form to land this under a penalty. Jonjo O'Neill runs four but Upswing appears his best hope of bringing home some prize money as he was third on his hurdling debut at Towcester and has more scope than Feast Of Fire, It's A New Day and The Nephew. Paul Nicholls has newcomer Kauto D'aloes in the line-up and he shouldn't be ignored though fences may eventually bring out the best in the four-year-old.
