In depth
Verdict
Prince Tom won over C&D last season and made a promising reappearance behind Sivola De Sivola in a Newbury handicap last month. Paul Nicholls' top weight should be a leading player here but it looks to be only a matter of time before CALICO ROSE, well backed when a close-up third at Wincanton last time, gets off the mark for the season and today could be her day with Ed Glassonbury taking off 7lb. Fox Appeal has run two sound races at Fontwell this term and winning chaser Magic Marmalade was second at Newbury last month but Bellflower Boy is woefully out of form, though did win off a higher mark at Bangor a year ago.
