Verdict

Despite showing signs of inexperience, dual bumper winner MISTER MIYAGI beat a well-regarded type on his hurdling debut at Cheltenham when the first two were well clear of the remainder – he looks to have a bright future and can defy his penalty here. Star Trouper won a Wincanton bumper in April and is possibly the most interesting of today's rivals ahead of the more-exposed Junior Package and The Outlaw, though the latter pair both represent powerful NH yards. Wincanton third Bim Bam Boum has plenty of scope and collateral form gives him the edge over Westend Prince.
