Verdict
After finishing second at Uttoxeter, Dawnieriver was in front when blundering and unseating her rider at the last at Towcester. Providing that hasn't affected her confidence, Michael Scudamore's should go close to gain compensation here but we'll take a chance that a return to familiar surroundings will inspire BALLYEGAN to repeat last year's victory in this, despite a 13lb higher mark. The 10-year-old has won four times around here and also been placed four times and the return to a longer trip can help him improve on recent efforts. Double Chocolate will almost certainly try and make all again but he was beaten nine lengths off this mark at Leicester 10 days ago while Bus Named Desire continues to disappoint.
