Verdict

SEHAYLI beat Majestic Merlin by less than a length when completing a double at Wincanton last week but Kevin Brogan’s mount had more in hand than the official margin suggests. He’ll be 7lb higher from next week so a hat-trick beckons. Calarules and Catchin Time are both fairly treated but returning from an absence. Cougar Kid has also slipped to a fair mark and Brodie Hampson takes off a further 3lb but he seems best at Hereford. Marilyn Monroe’s victory here last month came over 3m but Memphis Bleek could snag a place at decent odds if in the mood.
