Verdict

Ballyegan made the most of a slide down the handicap on his reappearance over course and distance and is up 8lb for this. BALLY GUNNER attempts the same feat having started this year on an 11lb higher mark and he gets a tentative vote to end a long losing run. Kilcascan may have further improvement in him having won twice this year and only 2lb higher than last month's victory at Stratford but Bob Will looks stuck on his current mark.
