Verdict
Comely returns to action but failed to threaten when placed earlier in the year and broke a blood vessel on one of those occasions. The latter’s former stablemate Silent Steps has joined Paul Nicholls since finishing second at Ayr in April and One Of Us was placed at Uttoxeter in the same month. Libby T Valance could also go well now handicapping for the first time but PENGO’S BOY gets another chance stepping up in distance today after a third at Ascot to the progressive Brown Bear.
