It can pay to seek out the value in races of this nature and SENATE MAJORITY is a speculative selection to get the better of his stablemate Midnight Martini, while Mahiki is an interesting contender on these terms; especially given the way he has won his last two starts. Mahiki needed to dig deep for victory on both those occasions but rallied to hold sway at the line. He does need to prove he can be as effective on turf, though.
