        Verdict

        Francophilia had to slip a few pounds down the weights before scoring in a lower grade on the Turf at Lingfield and is upped 5lb for this. Glorious Dane’s recent course and distance success came in a maiden race and he’ll find this tougher but REMEMBER THE DAYS moves in the opposite direction having managed fourth in a higher grade contest behind Apterix here on his return to action. The winning hurdler won off a higher mark on the Flat at Ayr last year and could go close in this company. Be Perfect finished behind the selection last time while Contrebasse is capable at this level but arrives out of sorts.
