        Verdict

Ghaziyah cost 280,000gns and is a daughter of Galileo so her pedigree suggests she should soon leave last season's moderate debut a long way behind. Amber Star will be better for her opening run on this track while Siglo Six was going on nicely over 7f here a couple of weeks ago. Coup De Gold has left William Haggas to join David Thompson and disappointed when last seen at Newcastle in April while International Guy has had to be withdrawn the last twice for difficulties at the stalls. Royal Welcome failed to build on a promising run at Redcar when only fourth at Wolverhampton so a chance is taken with the newcomer EVA MARIA, a 260,000gns daughter of Sea The Stars and a half-sister to five winners.
