Verdict
Nasharra was all out to win by a nose at Haydock last time and a further 6lb rise may scupper his chances of a four-timer. Cocktail Charlie has been running well without winning leaving the handicapper reluctant to drop him in the weights while Sunrise Dance has come up short since a 6lb rise for winning over 5f here in June. Both Indego Blues and Mitchum scored over today's distance before being stepped up in trip last time but the speculative vote goes to top weight ENDERBY SPIRIT. He missed the whole of last year, but with a pipe-opener at Doncaster under his belt and Justin Newman's claim allowing him to race off a 10lb lower mark than when last winning, Bryan Smart's charge could go well at a decent price.
