Verdict

Borodin runs earlier on the card but Richard Fahey appears to have a ready-made replacement in REGULATOR, who has shown enough this year to suggest he can win a race like this and might well improve for the addition of cheekpieces. Rousayan is starting to slip down the weights and Roller is looking nicely treated. He ran well on his only start this year, though that was back in April. Magical Effect has been knocking on the door but was beaten by Proud Archi at Beverley last month on the same terms. Captain Jameson is another who has been getting closer but Tadaawol rarely runs two races alike and looks vulnerable in this grade. Handsome Dude hasn’t raced since January and is better over 6f.
