In depth

Verdict

David O’Meara’s string is in the midst of an uncharacteristically poor run of form so Hamilton second Pioneering is probably best watched, though is still unexposed. Whatsthemessage made all at Carlisle in June but has been beaten twice since off this sort of mark. Mama Africa has not been getting any closer to improving a record of 0-17 but there are possibilities about Doria Road on only her second try over this trip. VAULTED has shown her best form so far on quick ground but she handles some give and was given plenty to do last time at Redcar. Paul Hanagan might have her closer to the pace today if she can escape a high draw.
