      Verdict

      Ebony Adams continued her upward curve when getting off the mark at Nottingham. She steps up a grade here off a 4lb higher mark but it will be a surprise if she’s not in the firing-line again. MRS DUKESBURY wasn’t beaten far on debut at Lingfield, however, and was taking on stronger company subsequently at Epsom and Newmarket. She should enjoy this first try over a mile and gets the nod. Lady Erimus ran well over the stiff 7f at Beverley so may be the pick of the remainder.
