    Verdict

    It took 14 attempts for Nervous Nerys to win her first race and though she scored over course and distance, she was helped by an apprentice’s allowance on that occasion and is effectively 9lb higher today. URBAN HIGHWAY has yet to win but found only the progressive Bay Watch too good at Lingfield last week and it could be the turn of Tony Carroll’s charge today racing off the same mark. Zaula has a bit to find with the selection on earlier running and Dandy Belle remains badly out of form.
