Verdict

Sir Michael Stoute sent out last year’s winner and LOOLWAH should make a bold bid. A debut winner at Newcastle last season, she was narrowly beaten at Nottingham on her return to action and looks to have leading claims on that form. Shaqwar also has a shout upped in distance having placed over 7f here last month while Incredulous can only improve on the back of a poor debut effort. Of the newcomers, Lope Scholar cost E120,000 as a half-sister to four winners including the useful Gm Hopkins and is preferred to both Happy Face and Amber Star.
