Verdict

The Ryan stable has another interesting runner in this in Midnite Storm but he was beaten 11 lengths when fourth at Doncaster and it would be no surprise if one of the newcomers proved too strong. Apocalyx’s half-brother Point Of Fact won as a three-year-old in France so the Fahey runner may need more time. PEN PORTRAIT, the first foal to race of a three-times winner for Godolphin who was later successful in France, is preferred having travelled up from Newmarket. Cuban Storm, a half-brother to two winners, is also worth a market check.
