The four-year-old Icario couldn't quite get to stable companion Dakota Moirette at Punchestown on New Year's Eve but it was a very encouraging run, though he's taking on older horses here. TIMI ROLI, a winner on the Flat in France, made a very promising debut over hurdles in what looked a strong maiden at Cork won by Peace News. With more to come, he looks the one to beat though that winner is trained by Henry De Bromhead, who has Surf Instructor entered here. He put a poor debut behind him with an excellent performance at Limerick last month when beaten just a head by the long odds-on Coquin Mans, though he was receiving 12lb.
