BAHRAIN STORM is comfortably the best of these over timber and though well beaten on his only start over fences in May of last year he's improved massively subsequently as his Grade 3 success at Tipperary in July testifies. This looks a nice opportunity to kick-start his career over the bigger obstacles. Total Excitement has been in fine form over hurdles this summer and though falling on his chasing bow at Limerick a couple of weeks ago is expected to do much better. Billy Harney won this a couple of years ago with Bohemian Lass and has an interesting candidate in Kakagh, who was awarded what looked a strong maiden hurdle here in January after originally dead-heating for first place. He looks a chaser in the making, as do French recruits Loup Du Saubouas and Roi Du Mee, though both may need some rain to bring out the best in them.
