In depth

Verdict

This looks another for Willie Mullins and Ruby Walsh via CLONDAW COURT. Unbeaten in a point-to-point and a bumper, he only scrambled home on his hurdling debut at Leopardstown in December but put that experience to good use with an easy victory over this track and trip the following month and will be at short odds to remain unbeaten. He should get a stiff test from Ttebbob, who has been progressing nicely, scoring over 3m at Naas in March before outpaced in a race run at a crawl over a shorter trip back there earlier this month. Mount Colah is reverting to hurdles for the first time since March of last year and he's done well over fences so he should ensure the likely favourite doesn't have everything his own way. The remainder will all need to improve to get involved.
