Verdict

Willie Mullins looks to have the key to this. ELFILE, a dual bumper winner in France, won a Punchestown maiden on her stable debut then ran very well at Cheltenham before finding the top-class Honeysuckle too strong in the Mares' Novice Hurdle Championship Final at Fairyhouse with some smart rivals behind. She sauntered home in a Listed contest at the Punchestown Festival and may just have too much quality for stable companion My Sister Sarah. She finished behind the selection at Cheltenham and looked much more of a staying type when landing a Grade B handicap at Punchestown in May. Awayinthewest is consistent enough but doesn't have the scope of the likely market leaders and along with the remaining trio looks as though they are playing for place money.
