PURPLE and Teofolina are no world-beaters but should fight this out. The former had been staying on at one pace over shorter trips before attempting 1m4f at Fairyhouse and though unable to get in a blow behind Shamooda it wasn't a bad effort and she can get the better of Jim Bolger's filly, whose best efforts to date have come on quicker ground than she'll face here. The selection's stablemate Flower Bouquet will improve for her moderate opening run and Aegean Sky showed a bit of promise on her reappearance in a better race at Leopardstown back in March.
