In depth

Verdict

Papal Parade won twice last summer, though both times on ground with plenty of give. Duchessofflorence was in excellent form at Dundalk over the winter, winning three times, and there's no reason why she can't do as well back on Turf. Nanabad won on heavy ground at Clonmel in October and reappeared with a fine run in those conditions at Cork. Her last two runs have been in Listed company so she should go well if handling the much quicker ground. SISTER BLANDINA won four times last summer and has continued to run well with her latest second at Limerick coming in a very tough handicap so she can go one better. Lilly The Lioness completed a hat-trick last summer when scoring twice over fences in between a victory over this course and distance so she's a threat while Zamira followed a narrow defeat in a Navan handicap with a victory in a Roscommon maiden, though she's shot up the ratings as a consequence.
