In depth

Verdict

Apollo Lady gets the confident vote here with Star Award and Ring Back rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating Theater Diva and although having a penalty for that win she looks progressive and under sinmilar conditions here will be hard to beat. Star Award rates the main danger as she won a bumper with a little in hand when beating Moel's Chamber. she is sure to have been well schooled for this her hurdling debut and should be noted in the market. Ring Back is another that could go well on her latest fourth behind Little Venus last time but she looked a short runner on that occasion and is passed over with this in mind. Of the remainder Lady Wilde showed enough in bumpers to suggest she could win a race of this nature and with her yard in form could go well but the suspicion is she will be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time and with this in mind for the winner we return to Appollo Lady.
