In depth

Verdict

Storm To Pass has already scored with today's pilot aboard which counts for quite a lot in such contests and a solid run is anticipated. Rolling Dough has only had the five starts and harbours scope for improvement, although she's only been seen at Ludlow in her three outings this year and is yet to conclusively prove that she stays this far. After a quiet start to her career, Lady Fingers has shown much more the last twice and looks definite shortlist material with today's jockey once again in the plate after those two improved efforts. GWILI SPAR is still a maiden but does have some fair enough efforts in the book. It was not surprising to see him weaken late on in soft ground last time on a first outing for nearly seven months and he should now be spot-on for the Bowen yard that does so well in the summer jumping months.
