Verdict

Scots Gaelic makes a quick reappearance after unseating Jason Maguire at Stratford on Monday but is hard to catch right. Helium won at Taunton in January and has been placed twice since so shouldn't be ignored while Bowie was placed over 2m4f here in November but does seem better over longer trips than this nowadays. GREAT LINK's run in amateurs' race at Sandown last week was too bad to be true. He must be given the chance to bounce back here, though Rasheed has been in decent form on the Polytrack and will be a factor if the ground continues to dry out.
