      Verdict

Damarisco can lower the colours of Proprioception, with Lyon and Airgusta the only others worth a mention. A poor selling contest should be well within the scope of Damarisco who dropped to the grade for the first time when finishing second at Hereford recently. The stiff finish here might bring out the best in the Hobbs inmate, and he is taken to get the losses back. Proprioception scored in handicap company at Southwell in January but has not progressed since having his sights lowered. A further drop down the rung may be the answer, but he is certainly no good thing. It is hard to make any claims for the rest, and in a poor contest, it is Damarisco that is saddled with the vote.
