Verdict

Greybougg won over hurdles at Carlisle and Exeter in March but it was heavy ground on both occasions. Silver Man was entered yesterday at Market Rasen and has had a few chances in any case but Simply The West has to be interesting given he had some useful form over timber and has already won a point-to-point. Themanfrom Minella is another who has been going well over the smaller obstacles and he makes more appeal than the mares Amazing D'Azy, who returns from a break, and Rosa Fleet. VIEUX LION ROUGE would have been the best of these over hurdles but found life tough in handicaps last season. However, he should shine now going chasing and could have too much class for these.
