In depth

Verdict

Ugly Bug was due to run yesterday at Chepstow but would have a big chance if turning up here instead. Join The Clan carries a penalty for scoring at Market Rasen but is only lightly-raced while Halucha is suited by a thorough test of stamina. Wayward Glance may be too high in the weights but Cadeau George probably came up against a well-treated rival at Warwick and may be getting his act together. ARKOSE could be the one here as he would probably have finished second back over hurdles at Huntingdon last time had he not ploughed the last- he's been dropped a couple of pounds since.
