Shanpallas won the Munster National two years ago but has been hurdling. He's not out of this at his best. ALELCHI INOIS was receiving 3lb from Clarcam when beating him five lengths at Clonmel and now has to concede the same amount. He should confirm the form and take this though Roi Des Francs was in brilliant form at this time last year and has been very highly tried in subsequent races. Champagne West is another who has raced in top company and he did well to get so close to Zabana at Gowran last time.
