In depth

Verdict

D'S TRIX disappointed when fancied at Limerick over Christmas but a soft palate operation was necessary and he showed the benefit with a first chasing success there last month. He's been raised 7lb but looks capable of adding to his tally. Oscar Glory goes well here and has been waiting for the ground to change. He's not on a bad mark if fit enough nor is Quarryvale, who is 7lb higher than when storming to victory at Clonmel in February. The veteran Hold The Pin needs a real stamina test these days and the ground may have gone against him but Colls Corner gets a quick opportunity to recoup losses after unshipping his rider at Limerick following a very good run there previously.
