Verdict

Emmet Mullins has two entries. Teed Up ran twice at last year's Galway Festival, finishing second then winning easily. Runner-up in the November Handicap at Doncaster, he hasn't run since so Aurora Princess may prove best of the pair at this stage though she's another with a long absence to overcome. Longclaw was a 50/1 chance when scoring at Ballinrobe and has been hit with a 9lb rise but VULTAN has been given a chance by the assessor. Tony Martin's charge has been running better than form figures suggest in much stronger company and looks the one to beat. Duty Bound won at Sandown for Andrew Balding but hasn't run since September.
