Verdict

Despite a 5lb rise in the weights for winning at Ascot in February, Bangkok Pete is still well treated on his old form so a double can't be ruled out. Transient Bay has won three of his last five and Zephyros Bleu has been knocking on the door. Georgieshore arrives off the back of a victory at Lingfield but Mountain Tunes still looks out of sorts and Another Frontier again found little off the bridle at Chepstow last month. BALLYWILLIAM should have beaten Battle Dust at Chepstow in December but idled once hitting the front and was collared close home. He didn't quite run up that form at Haydock shortly after but that outing probably came too soon – it's too early to write off David Pipe's novice.
