Verdict

GERMANY CALLING should take all the beating in this as he has sights lowered. Charlie Longsdon can have some fun with the five-year-old over the next 12 months as he's managed to preserve his novice status. He looks in a different league to most of these on his second to subsequent Grade 1 winner Lac Fontana at Cheltenham last October. Fred Le Macon should improve on his fourth at Newbury while bumper winner Never Never probably has more scope than stable companion I'm A Rocker.
