Verdict
SARAHS GIFT found just one too good off this mark last time when trying to complete a four timer and we think that a return to his preferred fast ground should put him back on the winning path ahead of Portside and Runshan. Having stayed on well to only just get held last time, the selection would have won that day had the race been over this extra furlong. The performance also showed his mark is fair at the moment and he remains of serious interest. Portside is due a win having knocked on the door in both starts this season. The latest was a place in a novice event on his chase debut and with that experience under the belt he can improve. Runshan has also been running well in defeat in his last three starts and his latest effort looks good as he wasn't beaten far by a couple of subsequent winners.
