In depth

Verdict

A competitive finale with Your Man, Little Task and Fourth Dimension all worthy of mention with the vote going to the last named. Totally unexposed with only two runs under his belt over hurdles Fourth Dimension has impressed on both occasions. Firstly by winning on his hurdles debut at Hexham and then not discredited at Perth thereafter when second to Rebelle. He has since had a run on the flat which was not great but if bouncing back to form over hurdles can go close. Your Man comes up north from Somerset yard or Marin pipe and therefore has to be respected. But his reappearance at Newton Abbot was a little lack luster so is one to treat with caution. Little Task could run well. His form this summer has been consistent and he did get his head in front at Bangor in July. Since then he has lost nothing in defeat and is one for each way backers. But for the winner we return to Fourth Dimension.
