Verdict

A tricky selling hurdle to contend with here which won't take much winning and the safest option is probably HOUSE OF BOURBON to go in ahead of Lady Pilot and What Luck. Tim Vaughan's charge won his latest start and that is the best form on offer here. He made all to win that day but a slight concern is if he is taking on for the lead. The yard continues in good form and if fit from his break should be in the shake up. Lady Pilot was beaten favourite on her last start but was turned over by a quirky horse with ability. As long as the ground remains good she will have her chance. What Luck was another beaten favourite on his last start but should enter calculations because of his consistency. A horse to monitor is the Lawny Hill trained Rock Me. Hill has a decent record at this track so her charge should go well. In a race that many don't inspire confidence House Of Bourbon gets a very tentative vote.
