Verdict

Wayne Hutchinson has just the one ride for Alan King so we will take the hint and row in with HENRY SAN. The gelding appeared all at sea on the esoteric Towcester circuit but he still looks relatively lightly raced, and it appears significant that connections have gone to the trouble of persevering with him. Forever My Friend has proved something of a standing dish at Ffos Las and may possibly have finished closer at Worcester had his rider not dropped his whip at a vital stage. Sporting Boy has proved more than capable of winning over hurdles when fast ground has obtained although he has been unable to realise similar levels of form over the larger obstacles. The Mad Robertson is often the subject of market support though he'd need to improve upon his recent third at Huntingdon in order to be taking a hand in this.
