The Late Legend has been lightly raced but jumped poorly on his only previous try over fences. SCHNABEL was beaten under a length by a previous winner over course and distance nine days ago on his first run for new connections. On that evidence, he’ll have few problems landing an ordinary handicap with Bryan Carver taking off a handy 5lb today. Dido, prolific between the flags, wasn’t beaten far in this grade at Newton Abbot. Southwell third Running Wolf is 8lb lower than his last winning mark and he holds Paddling on the form book but Hidden Glen has been a beaten favourite in two of his three runs for Richard Newland.
