In depth
Verdict
Barathea Blue, Mill Bank and Tommy Spar look the three to concentrate on in this tight handicap chase and the vote is given to Barathea Blue. The selection was a fair third behind Rich Song last time out, that form has since been franked and with the drop in trip also in his favour he looks the one to be on. Mill Bank rate the main danger as he won well last time out when beating Midnight Gold but he has a penalty for that win and, this looks tougher and his overall profile leaves him with a little to find. Tommy Spar is another that could go well on his best form but all his best efforts have come over a much longer trip and he l;ooks opposable on that basis. Of the remainder Pams Oak is from a shrewd yard and is sure to run her race but is hard to win with and with this in mind for the winner we return to Barathea Blue.
