Verdict
SUPER SURVIVOR appeared a smart recruit when obliging over hurdles at Doncaster on debut and he defied a penalty at Carlisle subsequently. Chasing has always looked to be his ultimate game and he's p[referred to Fern Hill. the latter will be a player if his jumping stands up to scrutiny while Bear Ghylls was out of his depth in the Ballymore at the Cheltenham Festival in 2021 though he was far from disgraced on a return from a sizeable lay-off. Surrey Quest has gone well fresh and today’s small field should suit while Arizona Cardinal had every chance at Ascot yesterday and is clearly over wind issues that dogged his earlier career.
