Verdict

Plaisir D'amour has joined Venetia Williams from France where she won on the Flat and over hurdles. She had two runs over fences last spring so should know her job. Dual bumper and hurdles winner Midnight Silver makes her debut over the bigger obstacles and her pedigree suggests she should be suited but My Little Cracker was beaten a long way on her chasing bow at Hexham. KAYFLEUR (NAP) finished second from a 10lb higher mark just under a year ago and should be ripe for this after placed efforts at Fontwell and Haydock, the latest in a much better race than this. Lilly Of The Moor made a successful chasing debut at Warwick though has been well beaten in two subsequent starts but Timon's Tara was still in touch and hadn't been asked a question when falling at the fourth last at Ludlow last week.
