Verdict

Tanit River wasn't disgraced when second to More Buck's at Fontwell on his chasing bow and races off the same mark here. Muckle Roe is usually thereabouts but the lightly-raced LEMON'S GENT is back in the right grade and will strip fitter for his run at Kempton. He gets a tentative vote in an open-looking contest as Special Wells may just need this and the handicapper seems to have a grip on Mr Burgees, Strongly Suggested and Noble Legend at present. Tregaro has won off higher marks in the past but was a 66/1 chance when a remote second behind Perfect Timing at Huntingdon earlier this month.
